OUR COO Luis F. Mojica
Luis journey began in Puerto Rico, specifically in the suburb of Santurce Rio Piedras. Growing up amidst humble circumstances, he was determined to carve out a better future for himself and his family. During his teenage years, Luis worked diligently at his father’s electronic repair shop while simultaneously pursuing his education.
With a steadfast commitment to excellence, Luis excelled academically, graduating from high school with honors. His dedication led him to enlist in the US Air Force after graduation, where he rapidly ascended the ranks, eventually attaining the position of Technical Sergeant in Ordinance. Throughout his 22 years of service to the nation, Luis’s leadership was recognized when he was appointed by Governor Pedro Rossello as the President of Examination for the Board of Electronic Technicians.
Upon retiring from the Air Force, Luis continued his passion for education by serving as a professor of electronics at a prestigious higher education institution. With over 35 years of unwavering dedication to the electronics sector, Luis has left an indelible mark on countless lives within his community and beyond.
As a seasoned educator and respected business owner, Luis brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to LDGMK Capital. Luis, originally from Puerto Rico, relocated to the United States at the age of 17, completing his senior year of high school in Massachusetts. Post-graduation, he pursued higher education at WGU University. Following his academic journey, Luis enlisted in the Navy, serving as an Information Technology Officer, dedicated to his country’s service.
Upon retiring from the Navy, Luis transitioned into the private sector, collaborating with prominent entities such as Google and Pfizer. With an enduring passion for real estate, he delved deep into the industry, acquiring comprehensive knowledge and experience.
Driven by a commitment to efficiency and innovation, Luis identified inefficiencies within the real estate funding landscape, particularly for new investors and those who didn’t meet conventional lender criteria. With a vision to revolutionize the sector, he founded LDGMK Capital, introducing a pioneering funding program devoid of minimum credit score or experience prerequisites.
